SULPHONIC ACID 96%
Sulphonic acid is an important industrial chemical with a wide range of applications. It is a strong organic acid with the chemical formula R-SO3H, where R is a hydrocarbon group. Sulphonic acid 96% is a concentrated form of sulphonic acid, with a purity of 96%.
One of the main uses of sulphonic acid is in the production of detergents and cleaning agents, where it is used as a surfactant. Sulphonic acid is also used in the production of dyes, pigments, and other organic chemicals. It is a versatile and widely used chemical that plays a crucial role in various industries.
Sulphonic acid 96% is typically produced by the sulphonation of organic compounds such as benzene, toluene, or naphthalene. This involves the reaction of the organic compound with concentrated sulphuric acid and a catalyst, which results in the formation of sulphonic acid. The resulting product is then purified and concentrated to produce sulphonic acid 96%.
Sulphonic acid 96% is a corrosive and hazardous chemical that requires careful handling and storage. It is typically stored in stainless steel or other acid-resistant containers, and should be kept away from moisture and incompatible materials.
Overall, sulphonic acid 96% is a vital chemical with a wide range of industrial applications, particularly in the production of detergents and cleaning agents. Its high purity and concentration make it a valuable resource for many industries.
Sulphonic acid Product Specifications:

MDR-70 (SLES 70%)
MDR-70 (SLES 70%) is a type of anionic surfactant that is commonly used in the manufacturing of personal care and home cleaning products such as shampoos, soaps, and detergents. The acronym “MDR” stands for “Madar,” the name of the parent company that produces this chemical, while “SLES” stands for “sodium lauryl ether sulfate,” which is the active ingredient in this surfactant.
SLES is derived from ethylene oxide, which is produced through the ethoxylation process of lauryl alcohol. It is commonly used in personal care products due to its ability to create a rich and foamy lather, making it an effective cleansing agent. It is also used in the production of household cleaning products because of its excellent cleaning properties, as it is able to emulsify oils and greases.
MDR-70 (SLES 70%) is a highly concentrated form of SLES, with a purity level of 70%. It is produced using advanced European technology and is manufactured under strict quality control measures to ensure its purity and effectiveness. It is a key product in Madar Group’s portfolio and is used in a variety of applications across different industries, including personal care, home care, and industrial cleaning.
SL 30 (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) is also an anionic surfactant, and it is a popular ingredient in personal care products such as toothpaste, shampoos, and facial cleansers. It is also used in industrial applications as a wetting agent and emulsifier.
SLN 1/2/3 (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate) is a type of anionic surfactant made from ethylene oxide and lauryl alcohol. It is a common ingredient in personal care products such as shampoos, body washes, and facial cleansers. It is known for its excellent foaming and emulsifying properties, and it is often used in combination with other surfactants to improve their performance.
Overall, these surfactants play a critical role in the formulation of personal care and cleaning products, providing important cleansing, foaming, and emulsifying properties that are essential to the performance of these products.
